In summer time I live in Wells, Somerset and spend winters in South India.

I have twenty-five years clinical and teaching experience as a Medical Herbalist, and give Herb Medicine Workshops in the summer. I believe that locally growing medicinal plants are many times more potent than others we may buy, and am passionate about opening people's eyes to that. The plants are being neglected and they are there to help us!

  

My other work is writing.

 My first book The Ultimate High tells inspiring stories of the struggles and ultimate victory of eighteen people from around the world, who overcame a variety of serious addictions through spiritual work and inspiration.

The Power Of Love . . . Changes Everything is a sequel to this, showing how the children have truly blossomed spiritually and emotionally into their bright, beautiful selves. This book dwells not on the past, but on where the kids have reached, and shows their development through their  own poetry, prose and paintings. It's also a candid fly on the wall peek behind the scenes, showing the challenges and fulfilments of working in such a Project.

Cutting The Ties That Bind is work that I have been doing for nearly 20 years. I use the Phyllis Krystal method with groups and individuals. It is a powerful, highly effective method.

 I am also an EFT practitioner.
